We are Dennis & Barbara Weber
and are the proud owners of Webers Rustic Inn, in the Manistique Lake
area. Celebrating 9 years of business in the Tahquamenon area and
bringing a different type of dining to Luce County in the Upper
Peninsula of Michigan.
Barb has always tried to be a
chef that cooks from scratch. So to use someone else’s spice mixtures
did not satisfy her. So she created her own mixtures without any
chemicals or non-caking ingredients.
Every spice mixture is unique.
They also suggest ways of incorporating these mixtures into your own
cooking at home.
These spices are hand mixed and
bottled by Chef Barbie:
Garlic Herb, Italian, Greek, Cajun, Season Salt, White Chili, Taco
Seasoning, Salt Free (is a salt substitute).
Come and enjoy them at our
restaurant or take one, two or all 8 home to try. Barbara makes
her own salad dressings, cuts her own steaks - and without a recipe
creates the most delicious soups one can imagine! Our regular customers
have come to expect food of exceptional taste.
Our goal is to provide our
guests with a great meal at a great price.
Here’s how to find us. Take I-75
North to St. Ignace, Michigan to SR 2 West about 60 miles to H-33 about
4 ˝ miles north from Curtis. Follow to H-44 and take a left. We are on
the right side of the road.
